The location
Molenvaart 523 is a detached house overlooking a canal and flower bulb fields. Enjoy the rural tranquility in Breezand, just an 11-minute drive from the lively Julianadorp beach! Anna Paulowna and Breezand are part of the largest and most important bulb growing area in the world. Breezand has a lively shopping center with a variety of shops.

The house
You enter the house through the back door. There you will find a utility room with washing machine. On your left is the toilet and bathroom with shower and sink. Through the utility room you enter the spacious kitchen with a nice dining area. The house has a cozy living room with two comfortable sofas, armchair and television. On the first floor there are two simple bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with three single beds. The house has a large garden with lawn, a terrace and storage room. Sometimes the rear part of the garden is used by the owner of the caravan, who maintains the garden.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
