The location

 The peaceful and well kept holiday park “Residence Juliana” is situated directly at the foot of the dunes of Julianadorp. The modern 4-person apartment Residence Juliana 65 is located here. The view over the beautiful dunes, and the minimal walk to the beach, makes this apartment unique. Residence Juliana 65  is situated on the first floor with an extensive view of the dunes.

The house
Residence Juliana 65 has two bedrooms and can accommodate five guests.
When you enter the house, you enter the cozy living room through the hall. In the living room there is a sitting area with two comfortable sofas and a spacious dining area. Two sliding doors provide access to the balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and has a view of the dunes. The balcony faces southwest, so it is great for sun lovers. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, combi/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and a Senseo and filter coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and sufficient closet space. In the second bedroom there is a single bed, a bunk bed and a spacious closet.
The neat bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine.
The car can be parked in a private parking space.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
