The location
The peaceful and well kept holiday park Residence Juliana is situated directly at the foot of the dunes of Julianadorp. The modern 4-person apartment Residence Juliana 17 is located here. The view over the beautiful dunes, and the minimal walk to the beach, makes this apartment unique. Residence 17 is located on the first floor and offers a panoramic view of the pond, the dunes and the flower bulb fields.

The accommodation
Residence Juliana 17 has two bedrooms and accommodates four guests. Upon entering the apartment, the hallway leads to the stylish and modern living room. The living room features a luxurious dining area and a beautiful sitting area with two comfortable sofas. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee machine, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is immediately on your left upon entering. This stylish bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is located diagonally across from the first bedroom. This modern and bright bedroom also has a double bed. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the well-maintained bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. This apartment includes a washing machine.

In addition to the facilities in the apartment, the house also has a spacious and sunny south-facing balcony and the car can be parked in a private parking space.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
