The location
This 5-person holiday home is located on bungalow park Yperhof, a small-scale and quiet park. The holiday park is centrally located between the beach and the centre of Julianadorp. All bungalows have their own piece of land and the outer ring overlooks the famous bulb fields of Julianadorp.

The bungalow
Yperhof 14 has three bedrooms and can accommodate five guests. Upon entering, you will find yourself directly in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, stylish fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Krups coffee maker and combination microwave. Through the kitchen you enter the spacious dining room. This has patio doors to the terrace. An open passage gives access to the light conservatory where the living area is located. The living room has a comfortable sofa and 2 spacious chairs. The living room also has a large sliding door that gives access to the garden. The neat bathroom, toilet and sink are located next to the kitchen.

The first bedroom on the ground floor has a single bed. There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom is spacious and stylishly furnished and has a large double bed (210×180 cm). The room has a spacious wardrobe and a separate sink.

In addition to the facilities in the house, the house also has a south/west facing garden. The large garden is fenced and has various seating options. You can park your car in front of the house. Opposite the house is a playground with various play equipment.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
