The location
Holiday home ‘Villa Melissa’ is located in the middle of Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, close to the dunes, the beach and the sea.
The park is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a bread service, where you can have fresh bread delivered every day, a brasserie, steakhouse, bowling alley and a swimming pool with whirlpool in the park.

The accommodation
This cosy, spacious villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate six guests.Upon entering, you will find yourself in the attractive living room via the hall. There is a spacious sitting area with two comfortable sofas, a cosy wood-burning stove and a very spacious dining area.

From the dining area, you look directly into the well-equipped, open kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Senseo and Nespresso machines, and all the usual kitchen utensils.

Adjacent to the hall are the bathroom, a separate toilet and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, television and ample storage space. The property has two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a bath/shower and washbasin. Upstairs, there is a walk-in shower and an additional toilet. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the two other bedrooms and the additional bathroom are located. Both bedrooms have a double bed and only internet access on the television. A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room outside.

In addition to all the facilities mentioned, the holiday home has French doors opening onto the terrace and surrounding garden. All this makes Villa Melissa a wonderful place to stay.

This lovely holiday home is suitable for holidaymakers with dogs. The grounds are fully fenced.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the house.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
