The location
This 4-person holiday home is located on bungalow park Yperhof, a small-scale and quiet park. The holiday park is centrally located between the beach and the centre of Julianadorp. All bungalows have their own piece of land and the outer ring overlooks the famous bulb fields of Julianadorp.

The bungalow
Yperhof 13 is a detached holiday home with a spacious, enclosed garden and was completely renovated in 2018. When you enter the house, on your left is the hall with access to the guest toilet. The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has an induction hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine with fresh coffee beans.
The living room has two comfortable sofas and an armchair and is equipped with a large flat screen. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used. Through the living room you can go to the bright conservatory, where the dining table is located. From here you can enter the garden through the sliding doors.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor. It has two comfortable single beds and a wardrobe. There is also a television.

Via the stairs in the living room you reach the first floor. Here you will find the bedroom with double bed on the left. In the bedroom there is also a spacious wardrobe and a large mirror. The bathroom is also on the first floor. The spacious bathroom has a sink and mirror with LED lighting, toilet and rain shower.

In addition to the facilities in the house, the house also has a south/west facing garden. The large garden is fenced and has a garden house for storing any bicycles and there is a BBQ. You can park your car next to the house on your private parking space. Opposite the house is a playground with various play equipment.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
