The location
Directly located under the dunes of Julianadorp lies the quiet and well-kept holiday park Residence Juliana. Here you will find the modern 4-person apartment Residence Juliana 69. The view of the pond, the beautiful dunes and the minimal walking distance to the beach of Julianadorp makes this apartment very unique. Residence Juliana 69 is located on the ground floor and is therefore easy to reach. In addition to Residence Juliana 69, we have many other apartments available on this holiday park.

The house
Residence Juliana 69 has two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. When you enter the house, you enter the stylishly furnished living room through the hall. The living room has a spacious dining area and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable corner sofa. From the living room you can enter the terrace that is equipped with a nice garden set. Adjacent to the living room you will find the complete kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is immediately on your left when you enter. This beautifully furnished bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a spacious linen closet. The second bedroom is located diagonally opposite the first bedroom. In this neat bedroom there are two single beds. Next to the second bedroom is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

In addition to the facilities in the apartment, the house has a sunny terrace and the car can be parked in a private parking space.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
