The location This spacious corner house is located in the middle of the old part of Den Helder. The house is centrally located. The swimming pool, city center and train station are just a few minutes’ walk away. The dunes, beach and dike are also easy to reach by car or bicycle.

The house This modern home has two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. Upon entering you enter the spacious living room through the hall. Here is a stylish sitting area with a fireplace and a comfortable dining area overlooking the garden. From the dining area you look directly into the modern open kitchen with induction hob, oven and refrigerator. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a room with washing machine and dryer on this floor. The luxurious bathroom has a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

In addition to the facilities in the house, the house also has a large garden and shed where bicycles can be stored. You can park your car on the adjacent street. Dogs are very welcome!
